Who's running it?

I'm Jay Olivo, founder of Leadership TeamBuilder. I learned how people actually grow the hard way: a lifetime on the factory floor and plenty of humbling along the way. I'm a certified John Maxwell coach and a DISC consultant, and the author of a little book called Leadership Between the Lines.

I'm not a guru, and I don't play one on the internet. I just show up, tell the truth, and help people grow on purpose. It's free because that's the whole point of what we do.
