Machines almost never fail on their own. Behind most breakdowns is a person who wasn't heard, or a team that never learned to trust each other. Our founder, Jay Olivo, learned that in a lifetime on the factory floor.

So he built Leadership TeamBuilder to teach the people part, starting with young people, and to give it away. Every program we run is about one thing: helping ordinary people lead themselves first, so the people around them can count on them.
