Leadership TeamBuilder helps young people — and the adults who guide them — learn to lead themselves before they ever try to lead anyone else.
No titles required. No cape, no superpowers. Just the habits that turn ordinary people into the ones everybody counts on.
Jay Olivo spent forty years on the factory floor — Coca-Cola, Estée Lauder, AmerisourceBergen, and today Oerlikon, where he's an Engineering and Reliability Manager. Along the way he learned that machines almost never fail on their own. Behind every breakdown is a person who wasn't heard or a team that never learned to trust each other.
So he went and learned the people part — as a Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional, a John Maxwell Executive Coach, a DISC consultant, and the author of Leadership Between the Lines. Then he did the right thing with it: he built a nonprofit and started giving it away.
Read Jay's storyEverything we do follows three words — Heart, Humor, Help. Here's where that shows up.
A three-year, values-based leadership journey for young people. Year one they learn to make better choices, year two they put those choices into action, year three they lead others — practiced peer-to-peer at what we call Transformation Tables. Donor-funded, so it can reach schools that could never pay for it.
