Leadership TeamBuilder, Inc. ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language on purpose.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you register for a workshop or send us a message, we collect your name, email address, and anything you choose to type into the form.
- Donations. Donations are processed securely by PayPal. We receive a record that a donation was made, but we do not collect or store your card or bank numbers — PayPal handles that on its own secure systems.
- Basic website analytics. Like most sites, we use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they read. This uses cookies and collects general, non-identifying information such as pages viewed and approximate location.
How we use it
- To send you the Google Meet link and reminders for the free workshop you signed up for.
- To reply to your questions and requests.
- To send occasional emails about our programs — only if you asked us to, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand and improve our website and programs.
How we share it
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever. We share information only with the trusted services that help us operate: PayPal (to process donations), Amazon Web Services (to deliver our emails), and Google Analytics (to measure site traffic). We may also disclose information if required by law.
Email and your choices
We only email you if you opted in. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out any time — or just reply and ask us to remove you. You may also ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing jay@leadershiptb.org.
Cookies
Our site uses cookies only for basic analytics. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Children's privacy
Our programs serve young people, but this website is directed to parents, educators, donors, and other adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 without a parent or guardian's involvement. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.
How we protect it
Our site runs over a secure (HTTPS) connection, and we keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date above will change when we do. Questions? Write to us:
